On 1 July – 30 September 2019, MOCD2 Project (D-192), Rayong province controlled the trucks to go outside the construction area by using the canvas to prevent dust and soils fall on the ground and to clean up the truck wheels before leaving from construction site to avoid the environmental impacts on the nearly community.
