First and foremost, it is my privilege to be appointed as a new President and Chief Executive Officer of this great company. I am honored to write this letter to share with you my insights and the direction in which the company is heading.
I have been part of the TTCL family for more than 35 years. Throughout my time with the company, I have seen a great deal of growth and change, which has transformed us from the first local EPC company in Thailand to become one of the most recognized international EPC companies in the region.
Despite the recent trials of the pandemic and economic turmoil, our company has proven to withstand all the business challenges. The keys to our success are our professionals’ passionate approach and ability to facilitate change. In order to maintain our competitiveness, we not only provide the EPC services in the conventional way but also offer comprehensive consultation services, commissioning services, as well as operation and maintenance services, to satisfy all the customer’s needs.
Our exceptional quality and safety have always been our trademark, as evidenced by our backlog and the portfolio of our prestigious repeat customers.
In terms of investment, power generation and bio-pellet both look very promising, as I strongly believe that the increasing demand for these businesses, together with our extensive experience and expertise, will play major roles in contributing a steady flow of income to the company.
I am particularly pleased to say that the construction of the NTBC plant to produce 75,000 tons of torrefied biomass pellet per year in Lampang is well on track and is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2024. This investment signifies our commitment to reduce fossil fuel consumption, address PM 2.5 pollutants, and enhance our move towards Sustainability Development Goals.
